Comparison to the DVCS data

The dual parameterization of the nucleon Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) can be applied for the description of the following observables accessed in DVCS on the nucleon:

  • W, Q2 and t dependence of the DVCS cross section at the photon level measured at HERA
  • beam-spin asymmetry ALU and beam-charge asymmetry AC measured by HERMES (DESY) and CLAS (JLab)
  • transversely polarized target asymmetry AUT at HERMES.

  • Examples of the application of the dual parameterization of proton GPDs to the description of the above mentioned DVCS observables are found below.

  • Q2 dependence of the DVCS cross section
  • sigma_dvcs_q2_2009
  • t dependence of the differential DVCS cross section
  • sigma_dvcs_t_2009
