• When HDLC frame tracing is enabled, the modem sometimes does not send the AT+FCON status message to the host
• When carrier is dropped during the training phase that follows a AT+FDT command, the modem sometimes violates the Class 2 spec by returning "NO CARRIER" and not a +FHNG status string
