All participants and accompanying persons who need a visa to attend the Olympus Workshop must first obtain
the visa invitation with the help of PNPI Foreign Department and then request a visa
from the Russian Consulate at their usual place of residence.
It usually takes several days to obtain the visa invitation for European citizens (Schengen countries)
and about 1.5 months for the USA, UK and Asia citizens. As it is necessary to apply for the visa with
the original copy of the invitation some extra time (up to 1 month) is also needed for the regular mail delivery.
The following documents are needed to obtain the PNPI invitation:
a scanned copy (JPG or PDF file) of the passport page with photo, name, first name, date of birth, etc.
Please note that the passport should be valid for 6 months after the return date and make sure that your
passport has one or two blank pages.
