Accommodation at HSQCD’2008  

 Accommodation at HSQCD’2008 is stipulated at the modest Institute
hotel "Akademicheskaya" at Gatchina and at the 4-star hotel 
"Park Inn -Pulkovskaya" in the south of St. Petersburg. Booking in
advance is required.
 
Reservation for the hotel "Akademicheskaya" in Gatchina should be done
through the HSQCD2008 Organizing Committee. The room rates depend on
room type and vary from 25 to 45 euro per night.
 
Reservations for the hotel "Park Inn - Pulkovskaya" should be done directly
though the hotel website.
 NOTE: Please after booking inform the HSQCD2008 Organizing Committee
about your reservation. After confirmation by the Organizing Committee the
hotel will provide discounted rates for single- and double- standard guest rooms:
5950 roubles/night for both type of rooms, while the standard rates are 7140
roubles/night and 7840 roubles/night, respectively (1 euro is about 37 roubles).
Extra bed is 1400 roubles/night. 
 
The hotel "Park Inn - Pulkovskaya" provides a free shuttle bus to downtown
of St. Petersburg. 
A Workshop bus will be provided for transportation between the hotel and 
the Workshop site in Gatchina (one way trip is about 30-40 min. depending on
traffic).
