August/September in St.Peterburg is a wonderful and warm. This makes it one of the most popular time of the year for visitors, so you need to make sure you book well in advance! If you are going to pay by card, please note that only VISA and Mastecard are accepted. 

Of course, one can book other hotels via various internet sites, e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. For an inexpensive hotels it would be recommended, e.g., 3* Oktiabrskaya hotel (prices start from 50 euro), about 15 min walk from Conference venue. You can book it directly here or use hotel booking sites mentioned above.

BOOKING:

• To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should first complete the registration process. Then you can make the booking under your login here.
• The period of guaranteed reservation under conference rates in Corinthia Hotel St. Petersburg, Novotel St. Petersburg Centre and Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya is August 30 – September 6, 2015. If you want to book the hotel for earlier or later dates please contact the Conference manager. 
• Your booking should be fully paid in advance before July 15, 2015 in order to guarantee accommodation!

PLEASE NOTE:

1. For double rooms shared with accompanying person, please indicate the name of the accompanying person into the comment field. (Do NOT use inverted commas or apostrophes in any entry). Click on “Next” to proceed with payment. Note that hotel booking and payment of the accommodation must be made by the main participant (see details under the Payments section for accompanying persons).
2. If two participants want to live in a Twin room (with two separate beds), ONLY ONE of them should book it and write in the comments box of the Hotel Accommodation section the name of his/her room-fellow.
3. The option of booking a shared place in a double room is available only if your room-fellow stay for the same period of time. If your room-fellow check-in earlier or check-our later, he/she should pay for the whole room for this period (not only for the place). Please send us e-mail with this information. We will change the room category “Double” to “Place in Double” and halve the price.

CANCELLATION:

If you want to cancel your hotel reservation please immediately inform the Conference manager by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

• For cancellations of your booking received till July 15, 2015 the payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
• If cancellation is made after July 15, 2015 till August 19, 2015 the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
• If cancellation is made after August 19, 2015 the penalty is 100% payment for all period of reservation.

In all cases of cancellations all banking costs are covered by participants.

All refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the Conference has been finished.
