Visa Information

To prepare via Organizing Committee invitation documents, which will be valid for application at a Russian Consulate for a humanitarian visa (including scientific purpose trips), one needs to complete the full registration via LHCP2015 registration page.

  1. Scan copy of valid passport (file size less than 3 MB, jpg format is preferable) 
    Please note: in order to obtain the visa your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the proposed date after the end of the planned trip to Russia
  2. Russian Consulate location (city), where you plan to apply for visa
  3. Itinerary in the Russian Federation
