Talks and Posters

The experimental talks and posters are subject of the corresponding Collaboration approval. Submission of abstracts for experimental talks is not necessary. 

Proposals for theory talks at the parallel sessions and for theory posters will be selected by the Program Committee.

The deadline for abstract proposals of theory talks and posters is May 31, 2015 (extended to June 20).

Posters should be printed in A0 vertical format (84x119 cm or 33x47 inches) by the presenter and brought directly to the conference on the poster session day (September 1, Tuesday). No poster printing facilities will be available at the conference site. The poster Title, and Author/Presenter & Affiliation should be printed on the poster at the top, center-justified in a reasonably large font.
