It occures that these two parameters does not depends on colliding protons energy. Such phenomenon has been predicted by Gribov-Regge theory for an asymptotic energy.)

    mu-e non-universality in the rare B-meson decays.
(Abstract - LHCb observed the different branchings in $B\to K^* \mu^+\mu^-$ and $B\to K^* e^+e^-$ channels. The ratio $R_{K^*}=Br(B\to K^* \mu^+\mu^-)/Br(B\to K^* e^+e^-)\sim 2/3$ The deviation from SM (R=1) is about 2.6 \sigma. An analogous ratios $R_K\sim 2/3$ and $R_X\sim 2/3$ were observed before by LHCb in $B\to K l+l^-$ and by BaBar in inclusive decay $B\to X l^+l^-$. All together this gives about 3.7\sigma. Recall that these are the rare decay modes with Br\sim 10^{-7}. So some small New (Beyond the SM) interaction have a chance to be seen. This indicates the presence of the 4-fermion $c\to s+l^+l^-$ contribution which violates the lepton universality (e.g. Z' may interact with the 2d and 3d generations only) and which value (in terms of Z' exchange) is about $g/M_{Z'}\simeq 1/2TeV$. The same New interaction may be responsible for the deviation of the muon magnetic moment, $g-2$, from the SM prediction.

    Electron-Ion Collider.   (guzey_pnpi_eic_2017.pdf)
(Abstract - The project of an Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) in USA is currently discussed as a next-generation facility to study high-energy nuclear physics beyond 2025, when Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC, BNL) and Jefferson Lab will have reached their goals. The EIC machine designs are aimed at achieving variable center of mass energies of 20-100 GeV, upgradable to 150 GeV, high degree of polarization (~70%) of beams of electrons, protons and light nuclei, high collision luminosity of 10^{33-34} cm-2s-1, and ion beams from deuteron to heaviest (Lead) nuclei. The main goal of the EIC is to study fundamental questions of Quantum Chromodynamics, which include origin of the nucleon spin and the three-dimensional structure of the nucleon in terms of quarks and gluons, the new state of ultra-dense gluon matter (saturation), and influence of nuclear matter on distributions of quarks and gluons and propagation of color charges through it. The talk will present the current status of the EIC project, its physics program, and proposed designs of EIC realization.)

A classical point electron with finite mass.   (manay-hepd-28-03-17.pdf)
(Abstract - It is argued that the gravitational force can play a crucial role in the structure of leptons.
The exact Reissner-Nordstr$\ddot{o}$m solution of the Maxwell and Einstein equations corresponding the gravitational field configuration localized in the region with the range of about $10^{-34}$ cm is discussed. It is shown that the electromagnetic mass of the classical electron is finite and by about $10^{21}$ times larger than the experimental electron mass. The contribution of the gravitational interaction to the total electron mass is negative and makes the mass equal to its experimental value.)

Magnetic storage of ultracold neutrons and neutron lifetime measurement.
(Abstract   -   Precision measurements of the neutron lifetime provide stringent tests of the standard electroweak model as well as crucial inputs for tests of Big-Bang nucleosynthesis. The present world average of the neutron lifetime is dominated by results obtained using material bottles for UCNs. Since the two most precise results for the neutron lifetime were obtained using trapped UCN in material bottles, the large discrepancy between the values indicate that systematic effects are not fully under control. New alternative measuring techniques are then called for. A prototype of a magneto-gravitational trap has been successfully tested at ILL and a value of the neutron lifetime has been obtained with a statistical precision of 1.9 s. The main features and advantages of experimental setup are discussed. A trap of larger volume is presently being designed to improve the statistical precision. )   (Ezhov-31.01.2017.pdf)
